Swiss executive learning, built by a practitioner.
Vision Goal creates finance and business learning experiences for entrepreneurs, executives and international professionals who want a practical understanding of Swiss finance, business culture and how Swiss companies make decisions.
Vision Goal designs executive learning experiences in a small number of formats — an immersive format, a focused intensive, themed sessions and bespoke experiences. Alongside the learning, a Private Office helps individuals, families and business owners arrange considered introductions to Swiss specialists.
The platform is deliberately small. It is not a course catalogue and not a consulting engagement: each experience starts from a real question and works through it with practitioners, in settings where the subject can be seen at work.
How we operate.
Discretion by default
Sessions are not recorded and participant names are not published without consent. Public attribution is the exception, not the rule.
What is said stays in the room
Participants may use what they learn but do not attribute it to a named speaker or another participant. Notes are for personal use.
How your details are handled
Enquiry details are processed under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR, used only to answer your enquiry, and never shared with third parties without your consent.
Contributors speak in their own capacity
Vision Goal is an educational and curatorial platform. Contributors speak in their personal capacity; Vision Goal does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance or pension advice.

All 12 papersThe platform exists for the rooms. Everything else — the website, the dispatch, the editorial — is in service of what happens when a small room sits down under Chatham House rules with a host who has nothing to sell them. If we keep the rooms honest, the rest takes care of itself.

Four rules we hold to.
- 01
Curation over volume
A smaller, well-matched group is worth more than a larger one.
- 02
Practitioner over performer
Hosts are present in their personal capacity, not on a marketing roster. The platform is curatorial, not promotional.
- 03
Specificity over ceremony
A short conversation looks for specificity. Each concept commits to phases, not slogans. What is not yet confirmed is said plainly.
- 04
Premium scope, clearly stated
Vision Goal offers executive learning and, through the Private Office, considered introductions — not a course catalogue and not a consulting engagement. Regulated work, when it is needed, is delivered by the specialists introduced.
