Vision Goal
Learning concepts

Indicative learning concepts currently being developed.

These concepts describe what each experience is intended to teach and the shape it is likely to take. Dates, venues, contributors and activities are not yet confirmed. You are welcome to express interest in any of them — a short conversation then helps establish whether it would be a good fit.

Learning environments

Where the concepts meet the operation.

What unites them

Four concepts. One approach.

  • 01

    Hosted, not lectured

Sessions are designed to be hosted rather than lectured — led by someone who can answer the next question, not a stage speaker. Contributors will be named once an experience is confirmed.

  • 02

    Small, not scaled

Rooms are sized so every voice is heard and every introduction is considered. The economics of the room are deliberate.

  • 03

    Conversation, not enrolment

Each room is curated. A short conversation establishes specificity of objective and calibre of contribution — not credentials and not budget.

Shared context

A room is made by the people in it.

Learning experiences bring together people at different stages of their professional lives — the value of the room comes from the range of perspective in it, not from a single seniority band.

Formats, audiences and settings will be confirmed for each experience once it is scheduled. Start with a conversation and we will tell you what is genuinely relevant.
