Business Immersion Experience
An applied immersion in Swiss business — connecting operating culture, professional dialogue and peer exchange.
This is an indicative learning concept currently being developed. Dates, venues, contributors and activities are not yet confirmed. You are welcome to express interest — a short conversation then helps establish whether it would be a good fit.
The intended outcomes.
01
Applied exposure — working sessions inside Swiss operating environments, matched against a brief you have written.
02
Operating-culture judgement — the quiet signals that read inside Swiss businesses, drawn from practitioner commentary in the room.
03
A small, considered network — built on shared context, not badge collection.
How the programme runs.
Before
Structured preparation
The intended shape is a short preparation step — background reading, a framing conversation, and a written note on what you want out of it — so the group arrives ready.
Inside
In the room
The intention is a working series of sessions set in real business environments, with small-group discussion and practitioner input, rather than a lecture room. Specific settings and contributors are confirmed at the time each experience is announced.
After
Continued dialogue
Considered follow-on dialogue, tailored to the objectives you brought into the room. Details of any continued-access format are confirmed at the time each experience is announced.
Who this experience may suit.
For
Entrepreneurs, senior executives, family principals and corporate decision-makers engaging with Switzerland — by expansion, partnership or capital deployment. Considered seniority; specific objectives.
Not for
Generic networking circuits, or anyone looking for a certificate rather than applied understanding. Groups are kept small so the discussion stays useful.
Questions, answered.
How is this different from an executive programme at a business school?
Vision Goal does not run a school or a course. The intended outcome is applied learning: financial and strategic thinking worked through against a real operating setting, with practitioner input. There is no certificate — what you take away is judgement you can use.
Will participants be named publicly?
Discretion is the default. Participant registers are shared inside the room only. Public attribution requires written consent.
How do I engage?
Start with a conversation via the contact form. Vision Goal listens, understands your context, and comes back with what could be relevant.
